The cold noodles are delicious. Perfect texture, chewy and spicy. Cucumber salad is sweet but tasty.

Dining at Dun Huang’s new Greenwich Village location was unforgettable! The staff’s warmth, attentiveness, and knowledge about the menu made the experience truly special. The hand-pulled noodles were a masterpiece, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly textured. Beyond noodles, the crispy popcorn chicken, juicy beef pita burger, and my favorite, the lamb pilaf topped with cucumber salad, were bursting with bold flavors. The tender lamb ribs and sticky rice dessert, with honey, nuts, and red bean filling, added the perfect finish. With incredible food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Dun Huang is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for another full flavor experience!

Roommate and i split two bowls of the beef noodle soup. great service and good bowl of noodle for the price. Want to come back and check out their 13 lunch special! Forgot to take a photo cause we finished it up so fast lol

Got the 2 dollar noodles they were advertising on Tiktok and it was worth it! Not bad for price as the bowl has enough to fill you up during this cold winter. Highly recommended! :)))

Great, attentive service and yummy food! The braised beef noodles were delicious and flavorful, with great chew/bounce to the noodles. We also got the fried noodles with chicken, potato tornado, and lamb skewers. All were tasty, but the potato tornado could have been crispier and lamb skewers were just a little tough. Would absolutely come back!

The hand pulled noodles are clearly fresh made and are cooked to al dente perfection here. The pepper fragrant noodle soup (N7) was an excellent, warming bowl for the colder months ahead: spicy from the chili oil, hearty from the peanut sauce, and fresh from the herbs. The sweet and sour short ribs were fun to eat, tender, and tasty. The scallion pancake was flaky and chewy as expected. It’s a spacious restaurant and as of now it’s easy to walk in whether you have a small or large party. The food came out very quickly. I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. I loved the fried noodles which were nice, al dente and nice and chewy. Great texture. Also got the soup noodles which was amazing. The burgers (open sandwiches) are also amazing. I put some of the hot oil sauce in there. The hot oil sauce is a must as a garnish and they make it in house. A place for noodles!! I highly recommend you stopping by!!

The 13 lunch special is incredible. You get an appetizer and soda with your entree. The Lanzhou beef noodle is beefy and the pepper fragrant sesame noodle is good too. You can choose the noodle width. The interior is clean and modern and service is attentive. I'm coming back and trying more of the menu. So glad we have northwest Chinese food in the Village!
